Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust has an active and growing network of skilled, enthusiastic mentors who are willing and able to offer this mentoring opportunity to staff at all levels of the organisation, at no cost to the individual.

You will meet with your mentor on a regular basis to talk through work related issues which you have identified as areas that you wish to improve or develop, this conversation

will help you to consider other perspectives, generate ideas for change and culminate in the production of a workable action plan that you can implement. Your discussions will be confidential and you will retain ultimate control over what you discuss, helped through the mentoring process by your mentor.

The process is informal and confidential.
